Returns & Exchanges

At Cre8 A Couch, we stand behind the quality of our products and will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below*:

  • Contact your local showroom within 7 days of delivery to schedule a pick up date/time.
  • Customer must have the original packaging and the item must be in new condition without any damages.
  • Customer will be refunded, but will incur charges for return shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

This policy doesn’t include special orders. Special orders with customizations are not returnable. Any type of customization negates any return.

Damages

All of Cre8 A Couch items go through our quality control process. We assure every item leaving our warehouse has been carefully inspected and meets Cre8 A Couch standards:

  • At time of delivery, all items must be inspected by the customer.
  • In the event of any damages, it is the customer’s responsibility to note damages with driver and refuse delivery.
  • Cre8 A Couch is not responsible for damaged items accepted by the customer.
  • All freight damaged items will be exchanged.

Defects

All of our products are covered from manufacturer defects;

Manufacturer’s defects are damages in materials, not to be confused with normal everyday wear. Decrease in foam thickness and firmness, stretching of fabric/leather and wrinkling are all normal;

Cre8 A Couch representatives reserve the right to classify manufacturer’s defects on all products;

Special Orders

Special orders and re-creations are excluded from the return/exchange policy. There are no returns on these orders.

All items are hand-crafted in the USA

with only the highest quality materials
